We offer Worldwide Free Shipping for orders above $5. We also offer Express Shipping which will be calculated at the checkout based on the shipping address. We ship out your order within 1-2 business day of purchase. If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Our shipping provider does not deliver on weekends and public holidays.
Our staff will provide you with a tracking number to track your parcel. Once we update your tracking number you will see it in your account. When you click on your tracking number you will be redirected to the detailed tracking information.
If you do need to change your shipping address, you can do it in your account dashboard or you can contact us.
We accept product returns for credit, exchange or refund up to 30 DAYS after the dispatch date, provided that the returned product(s) are unused, and in original condition and original packaging. All returns require a Return Goods Authorization, regardless of the reason for the return. This can be obtained at our Return Center. To start the return process for your order, you need your email address or phone number and the order number.
Enter your order number and email address in the fields at the Returns Center page and click Start. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
There are no charges for return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You can return items for free.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 14 working days.
