The return costs are borne by us. We will refund the goods for the price you purchased them within 14 days of receiving the return. We will refund you the costs without the original packaging.

• Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.

• Contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

• Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• Contracts for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

• Contracts for the supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery.

• Contracts for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract, the delivery of which can only take place after 30 days and the actual value of which is dependent on fluctuations in the market which cannot be controlled by the trader.

• Contracts for the supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery.

• Contracts for the supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.

Until the goods arrive at our warehouse you are responsible for the goods. Please package your return so that the items or cartons are protected from damage, we will carefully check all returned items. We assume no liability for products or deliveries that have been returned to us by mistake.

In some cases your original delivery fees will be refunded to you, for example if your entire order was incorrect or incorrect, or if you canceled your order.

 

Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since you accounced your withdrawal, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Only regural priced items may be refunded, unfortunatly sale items cannot be refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

Book with obvious signs of use 
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to the original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

You can return items for free. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
