No, you do not need an account to make a purchase. What we need is your shipping address and phone number to send the order and make sure you get it.

We offer Worldwide Free Shipping for orders above $5. We also offer Express Shipping which will be calculated at the checkout based on the shipping address. HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Our staff will provide you with a tracking number to track your parcel. Once we update your tracking number you will see it in your account. When you click on your tracking number you will be redirected to the detailed tracking information.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
If you do need to change your shipping address, you can do it in your account dashboard or you can contact us.
Returns and Refund
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We accept product returns for credit, exchange or refund up to 30 DAYS after the dispatch date, provided that the returned product(s) are unused, and in original condition and original packaging. All returns require a Return Goods Authorization, regardless of the reason for the return. This can be obtained at our Return Center. To start the return process for your order, you need your email address or phone number and the order number.
HOW DO I RETURN?

Enter your order number and email address in the fields at the Returns Center page and click Start.

Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?
There are no charges for return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 14 working days.
